http://www.understandspinesurgery.com/ Stryker, a manufacturer of spine care products, sponsors this educational website which is largely commercial free and has many excellent surgical videos and links to other educational materials
http://www.spine-health.com/ This is a commercial site but with useful information regarding various surgical procedures and non surgical spinal conditions. Many of the available written articles come from spine physicians who subscribe to the site for patient education purposes.
http://www.allaboutbackandneckpain.com/index.asp DuPuy is a manufacturer of medical products that offers this website for patient education. There is a minimum of commercial information. The information offerred covers a wide variety of spine related topics and is presented in multiple formats.
